emission events were generated by using the 5.5.3 release (class RunOfflineAirPollutionAnalysis) with the HBEFA v4.1 tables.
However, the MATSim version used by matsim-berlin v5.5.3 still transforms HGV vehicles into passenger cars
(whereas more recent versions set their emissions to 0).
There might be other inconsistencies.
