Network v2.0:
	- same as hamburg-v1.1/hamburg-v1.1-network-with-pt.xml.gz
	- ParkingPressure attributes already included.
	
	- detected wrong number of lanes for links!
	- partially 15 lanes on turning links etc (not important links)
	- partially 10 lanes or too many lanes on main roads!
	- network v1.0 had correct number of lanes!
	- this network has 12.5 m/s for main roads and 7.5 m/s for secondary roads! => no effect of traffic light modeled via speeds!
	- network v1.0 had roughly half the speeds!
		
	- capacities between versions v2.0 and v1.0 are the same
		- main roads for example 3000
		- secondary roads for example 600

csv-files:
	- tunnel 2021: linkIds in tunnel, incl. in motorways
	- tunnel 2030: linkIds in tunnel, incl. in motorways and incl. "Deckel Altona"
	- planfree 2021 [incomplete]: linkIds with nodes from a planfree crossing, excl. motorways -> they will be added with attribute type=...
(still working on planfree list for crossings outside hamburg but inside hvv)
	- planfree 2030: will probably be identical to 2021 list
