changes from version v2.0 => v2.2

- changed to single trip mode choice
	- apply score penalty per subtour that is not mass consistent
	
- re-calibrated modal split. modal distance distribution roughly fitted (a bit too less short car trips).

- added scenarios 'DRT2030' and 'ProKlima2030'
